WHAT FACTORS GO INTO PRICING OUT QUOTES?

The main factors that determine a quote are the color count of the artwork, garment quantity, and garment selection. 

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM GARMENT QUANTITY FOR ORDERS?

For screen printing, we require a minimum of 24 garments for a one-color design. For each additional color in the design the required minimum increases by 12. 

1 color design = 24 garment minimum

2 color design = 36 garment minimum

3 color design = 48 garment minimum

4 color design = 60 garment minimum

5 color design = 72 garment minimum

....and so on

Essentially, the more colors in your design the more garments you're required to order. Please note, we are not able to take orders below 24 pieces. Additionally, we do not offer to price for high color count designs below the required minimums.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE BREAKS?

We do not offer price breaks on garments, but we do offer price breaks on the print price. Our order volume price breaks are at 48, 72, 96, 144, 192, 288, 576, 1200, 2400, 4800+

IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE TO PRINT ON DARK GARMENTS?

Yes. Our inks have a very low opacity which means they are not vivid when printed on dark garments. In order to allow for bright tones, we need to print a white base which is considered an additional color. This means if you have a 3 color design being printed on any garment color other than white or neutral, it would be considered 4 colors. This adds cost not only to printing price but is an additional set-up fee.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

When placing an order, let us know upfront if your completed order will require pickup, shipping, or in-state courier service. Shipping costs will be estimated upon the initial quote and will be based on order volume and destination. If your order requires shipping outside the state of Ohio, it is essential for us to have the shipping address to determine accurate shipping costs. If your order requires shipping within the state of Ohio, we require a zip code be provided so we can determine an accurate City tax rate.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

WE WILL NEED TO VIEW YOUR ARTWORK TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF COLORS IN YOUR DESIGN, AS WELL AS THE DETAIL, INVOLVED. 

We prefer artwork in the following formats -

- Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
- Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)

ARTWORK PLACEMENT

We will need to know where on the garment you’d like the artwork to be placed, as well as how many locations. For example, upper left chest, full back, full front, right sleeve, etc.

HOW MANY COLORS ARE YOU ABLE TO PRINT?

We currently have two automatic presses, one with a maximum capability of 8 colors, the other has a maximum of 14 colors. However, by printing with different methods such as simulated process and 4 color process we can offer a full scale of colors. This is the same number of screens but gradients create 3rd party colors and blends increase the color count.

DO YOU OFFER ADD ON SERVICES?

We offer several finishing services including the following

-Woven tag sourcing

-Woven tag sewing

-Hangtag sourcing

-Hangtag application

-Individual folding and bagging

-Inside tag removal

-Inside tag printing

Please note, inside tag prints and sew tag applications are only available on orders of 144 pieces or more. Also, woven label application is only available on orders of 250 pieces or more.
